Information regarding pets and other ammenities
We have many residents and guest that use the streets and greenbelts to walk their dogs. Walking your best friend during the day can introduce you to many other dog lovers and a few neighbors that walk the community. Remember to keep your dog on a leash and always have a bag handy to pick up any messes your dog makes.
Changes and requests
Any changes to the landscaping and buildings requires approval from the Board of Directors. Look in the documents section to get the ACC request form or click Here. You can fill out the form electronically and send it to Brian Reid (the Association Manager) via email, or send it USPS. The Board meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month, and review any change requests that have been received the since the last Board meeting. We ask that you send the request at least two weeks before the Board meeting to give the Board time to review requests. Doors and garage doors, security and screen doors, windows, decks, patio slabs, tree installation, landscaping plans for back or front enclosed areas all require approval. If you are not sure if something requires approval, call Brian Reid at 720-939-9412, and he can guide you in the right directions. Windows require a sample color of the framing to be provided to make sure it is a match to what is currently in your building.
